Scroll down to “engineer your career”
There’s one thing my decades of experience as a working engineer has taught me: that there’s no easy way to ensure that your career will gain the momentum that you hoped it would. Especially not while back in university, still dreaming.
It took me many years of trial and error, hours and hours of offline and online research, and many coffee-filled afternoons spent drilling my fellow, more experienced co-workers and contacts.
One day, after successfully navigating my own career and realizing my dreams, I realized I had the answers that many engineers, both aspiring and working, would also benefit from.
The biggest realization was that you cannot rely on others to achieve the Engineering career of your dreams, you have to intentionally design it yourself. So I decided to put these courses together as a way to give back and help others also realize their engineering career goals.
Failing to plan = Planning to fail. These courses are the tools, strategies, and even hacks that encapsulate decades of experience from myself and others to help you engineer your career.
Most of us engineers like to cut straight to the good stuff. As such, each course page provides the guidelines to help you select the one that’s right for you so that you too can obtain the critical success factors for your engineering career.

We engineers like our independence, right? So I designed these “DYI” courses to pass on the knowledge in order for you to adjust your trajectory in the most efficient and effective manner possible towards the career goal that is fulfilling, satisfying, and makes you happy. And, as I say in class, because “the more we enjoy our work, the less it feels like work!”
For some, these courses are enough.
For others, additional or more customized methods, accountability, support, etc. are in order…and where our one-on-one sessions become invaluable. Click the button below to learn more.
